PPC Strategist
Are you passionate about beauty?
ModelCo and MCoBeauty are Australia’s fastest growing, on-trend beauty brands.  Widely known and loved for our innovative colour cosmetics and award-wining self-tanning solutions.      

Due to significant growth, we are seeking an experienced and results driven PPC STRATEGIST.  The ideal candidate is someone with their finger on the pulse, an efficient and effective individual that is at the forefront of the current and future ever-changing world of digital.  Paid marketing is integral to our growth as a brand.  We are looking for a PPC Strategist to scale our e-commerce presence and drive revenue dramatically over the next 18 months.

Responsiblities

  • Create and implement the retail PPC strategy.
  • Create and implement performance marketing strategy to optimise ROI for performance and acquisition for both brands.
  • Build robust performance measurement framework, developing and implementing ongoing reporting with actionable insights. Leverage data and best practice to optimise and improve channel performances.
  • Mange BAU and one-off paid search, display and social campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Completing data driven optimisations to improve results methodically on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manage the creative direction of ads and website banners with our in-house design team.
  • Manage the daily campaign spend to ensure optimum campaign performance.  
  • Hitting aggressive weekly and monthly KPI’s.
  • Completing competitor analysis and adjusting our campaigns to generate the highest market share.
  • Manage agency relationships in delivery of performance marketing programs.
  • Thought leadership in paid performance digital staying on top of industry updates and relevant business impacts, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and adopt new marketing technologies.
  • Implement automated analytics reporting across Facebook Analytics and AdWords to improve campaign effectiveness across channels.
  • Audit all SEM, PPC and retargeting campaigns.
  • Conduct measurement and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of paid marketing programs.
  • Work with online merchandising, operations, and creative teams to ensure paid digital marketing initiatives are "on brand" with the products, promotions, and overall business strategy.
  • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels.
  • Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and/or monthly campaign performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of PPC marketing experience.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is essential.
  • Proven experience in scaling ad spend profitably.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage performance marketing programs to deliver strong ROI.
  • Proven understanding of digital paid media strategies (PPC, Social, Display) and be able to implement and manage this in-house.
  • Technical expertise in Google Analytics, Ad-words, Double Click and Product Feeds.
  • Proven experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns.
  • Excel skills, familiarity with pivot tables and v-lookup is a huge bonus.  Smartsheets and PowerPoint knowledge is beneficial.
  • Google Ad-words certifications (Fundamentals; Search Advertising; Display Advertising; Video Advertising) is a plus.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills effectively weigh the strengths and weaknesses of different solutions and approaches.
  • Strategic thinker, always looking for new ways to improve ROI.

Graphic Designer: Video, Photography & Digital

Due to significant growth we are seeking a passionate, experienced and results driven GRAPHIC DESIGNER & VIDEO EDITOR to join our team.  The ideal candidate is someone with their finger on the pulse and is a quick, effective worker. You are an enthusiastic and driven individual who can take direction and deliver to briefs but also bring their own ideas forward.  

Responsiblities

  • Craft and communicate our brand image by creating and editing photos and videos for all our digital and social channels.  
  • Creation of social media ads, social media tiles, display ad banners, website banners and YouTube videos.
  • Photography of product flat lays and retouching.
  • Design press releases, email marketing, product presentations and templates.
  • Creating and editing packaging die lines and experience working with barcodes for major retailers.
  • Developing concepts and finished art for packaging.
  • Creating logos for new products.
  • Conceptualise and design all in-store marketing collateral, shelf displays, POS and floor stands.
  • Retouching images, create image composites, create renders and mockups of products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a videographer for a fashion/beauty or related social media focused brand.
  • Ability to create video edits from existing content and create new content for use on advertising, social media, our website and more.
  • Exceptional video editing abilities in Adobe Creative Suite, After-Effects, Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
  • Advanced photography and photo editing skills.
  • A portfolio of creative work demonstrating skills in photography and video motion graphics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. 
  • Experience developing creative strategy and working from ideation through to high-end finished art.  
  • Experience designing to established brand guidelines.
  • Experience with image types, resolutions, frame rates as they pertain to digital media channels and trends.
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS.

Front of House & Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate, energetic and solutions-orientated Front of House & Customer Service Coordinator.

The primary role is to facilitate and support the day-to-day responsibilities of the office, across all departments.  You will also be responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience by implementing and coordinating the ongoing growth strategies to build online sales and customer traffic.  A good understanding of e-commerce and digital platforms as well as a genuine appreciation for beauty, fashion and innovation is key to being successful in this role.

Responsiblities

  • Answer all incoming telephone calls to the main switchboard and screen telephone calls when appropriate, ensuring accurate recording of any phone messages and the passing on of details to the relevant departments promptly.
  • Manage multiple mailboxes and handle all scheduling matters, prioritising emails and escalating critical matters for resolutions. 
  • Working daily with Magento content management system.
  • Ensure all e-commerce content is up to date and accurate for product, pricing and promotions as well as brand standards on both websites.
  • Oversee dispatch ensuring orders are delivered on time and to brand/customer standard.
  • Manage the product closet, inventory and no-charge orders and product requests.
  • Community management for all social platforms.
  • Assisting the marketing department with ad-hoc admin tasks.
  • Organise and set up conference rooms including audio-visual needs, transportation and catering.
  • Order office supplies and handle other office related procurement activities as needed.
  • Maintain office cleanliness including front of house, common areas and general office. 
  • Maintain all business filing systems, including our extensive customer database.
  • Provide customer service assistance for all phone and email enquiries in a professional and pleasant manner, ensure a positive outcome to all customer enquiries.
  • Any additional ad-hoc requests as required.

Requirements:

  • The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised attitude and style with the ability to forecast and forward plan.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to successfully meet tight deadlines and time pressures.
  • Highly developed customer service skills, being committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels 
  • Quick to build industry specific insights, particularly when it comes to social media and digital innovation.

Due to significant growth, we are seeking a team of experienced and creative SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT & COMMUNITY COORDINATORS to create innovative and engaging content across our multiple social media channels as we continue to build our presence and community.

You will a proven expert across one or multiple social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat. As a key contributor in executing our content strategy you must possess creative flair and a deep passion for beauty. You must also be willing to evolve your skills and keep up to speed with the ever-changing social media environment.

Responsiblities

  • Execute the social media content strategy in line with the brand aesthetics across one or multiple channels including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat.
  • Create exciting unique, innovative content and be at the very heart of the latest culture and trends emerging online including utilising UGC via ambassadors, influencers and consumers to ensure our content reflects key messaging to inspire engagement from our followers and attract new audiences.
  • Managing the social content schedule across one or multiple social platforms.
  • Manage our digital content library ensuring all content is updated correctly.

Responsiblities

  • Create and execute a holistic social media content strategy in line with the brand aesthetics across all channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat.
  • Create strategic social media campaigns to engage followers and create conversation for our brands that tie in with building awareness and long-term brand equity.
  • Direct the creation and sourcing of all social content for all channels including briefing and directing product and campaign launches, photoshoots, video’s as well as utilising UGC via ambassadors, influencers and consumers.
