Digital Performance Marketing Executive

As the Digital Performance Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of the marketing team responsible for all digital marketing investment across performance channels. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring customers. These channels include SEM, Re-marketing, Prospecting, eDM and CRM.

This is a newly created role in an expanding marketing team, reflecting the aggressive growth targets for both performance and acquisition. You will be accountable for managing investment to optimise ROI and ensure robust insights for multi-channel performance measurement.


      • Create and implement performance marketing strategy to optimise ROI for performance and acquisition for both brands.
      • Build robust performance measurement framework, developing and implementing ongoing reporting with actionable insights. Leverage data and best practice to optimise and improve channel performances.
      • Manage CRM program including database acquisition, data enrichment, customer engagement and reporting.
      • Assist with weekly eDM program ensuring cross functional alignment across operations and marketing.
      • Manage agency relationships in delivery of performance marketing programs.
      • Develop reports and understand the full 360 degree marketing channel, be ROI driven and fully accountable for budgets/spend.
      • Build business cases to increase overall marketing investment.
      • Thought leadership in paid performance digital staying on top of industry updates and relevant business impacts, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and adopt new marketing technologies.
      • Work closely with broader marketing and customer service teams to ensure all activities are aligned with broader marketing campaigns.
      • Analyse and assess the performance of the online campaigns and related data to identify and optimise different areas in order to increase the online marketing performance.
      • Implement automated analytics reporting across Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Apple Analytics, Branch, AdWords, and Social Media to improve campaign effectiveness across channels.
      • Audit all SEO, SEM, PPC and retargeting campaigns.
      • Conduct measurement and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing programs.
      • Work with online merchandising, operations, and creative teams to ensure paid digital marketing initiatives are "on brand" with the products, promotions, and overall business strategy.
      • Oversee affiliate marketing efforts.
      • Perform data analysis on web traffic and other key metrics.
      • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels.
      • Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
      • Provide daily, weekly, and/or monthly campaign performance reports.


      • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing either in digital agency, brand or omni channel environments.
      • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage performance marketing programs to deliver strong ROI.
      • Strong financial acumen and high level of analytical skills.
      • You must have strong e-Commerce skills.
      • Understanding of digital paid media strategies (PPC, Social, Display) and be able to implement and manage this in house.
      • Understanding of analytics tools and the ability to set up reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics.
      • Proven ability to manage email marketing in fast paced dynamic environment.
      • Technical expertise in Google Analytics, Adwords, Double Click and Product feeds.
      • Google Ad-words Certifications (Fundamentals/Search Advertising/Display Advertising/Video Advertising) is a plus.
      • Experience in measuring & analysing online marketing campaigns including organic and paid search, email, display and social.
      • Excel skills – familiarity with pivot tables and V-lookup function is a huge bonus, Smartsheets and PowerPoint are beneficial.
      • Excellent critical thinking skills - effectively weigh the strengths and weaknesses of different solutions and approaches.
      • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills - effectively weigh the relative cost/benefit of actions.
      • Excels in all areas of Digital Marketing and is familiar with the latest platforms & trends.
      • Detail-oriented and deadline driven.

Digital Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced, selfdriven individual to lead and execute the digital marketing strategies across all channels. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in expanding brand positioning and driving sales.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and dynamic Digital Marketer who can maximise brand awareness, is commercially minded and revenue outcomes focussed. Internally you will be surrounded by equally high performing teams, within a culture that promotes innovation and outside the box thinking. Currently, agency support and involvement is on-hand however building your own team of internal expertise is a main focus.


      • Implement and drive the digital marketing strategies to optimise ROI for performance and acquisition across both brands.
      • Manage the digital marketing P&L, including revenue, margin forecasting and expense budgeting.
      • Lead execution of strategies, promotions and campaigns to drive sales profit and consumer experience.
      • Develop and execute paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram optimising brand awareness, conversion and ROI.
      • Monitor and report all digital, social and promotional marketing activities.
      • Lead and manage the re-platforming project from Magento to Shopify for both brands.
      • Execute and manage SEO and SEM strategies across all digital and social channels alongside agencies.
      • Oversee affiliate marketing efforts.
      • Manage the seasonal content and merchandising calendars.
      • Support and enhance the customer journey across all touch points and help define the content needs.
      • Manage the EDM program including strategy, creative design, execution, performance and optimisation.
      • Managing testing to ensure all digital activity functions as expected.
      • Identify opportunities to optimise customer engagement and drive profitability and growth.
      • Working with our retailers and e-tailers on new product launches and assisting their marketing plan to optimise sales for both brands.
      • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders on briefs, assets, and artwork to ensure all elements move forward in accordance with deliverables.
      • Proactively research new tools and technologies.


      • Degree qualified in marketing or related field.
      • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role.
      • Successful track record in running paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram and managing spend ensuring ROI and high conversion rates.
      • Successful track record of increasing quality traffic and optimising return on investment.
      • Strong understanding of digital media channels, SEO and SEM.
      • Proven ability to translate data and trends into strategies.
      • Strong analytical ability and data‐driven approach to decision making.
      • Ability to think on a broad scale to understand and analyse the needs and wants of customers.
      • Experience with Magento, Google Analytics and email marketing platforms.
      • Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
      • Experience re-platforming with Shopify a huge advantage.
      • Ability to read and write HTML and CSS.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver key marketing initiatives to key audiences.
      • Manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
