Where in my routine should I apply my Vitamin C serum?

They should always be applied on clean skin, so we recommend applying it after cleansing and toning before continuing with the rest of your steps.

My serum changed colour, is this normal?

Yes, it is normal for the colour to slightly change due to oxidation. If it has been stored correctly, the slight colour change will not impact the efficacy of the product and you continue to use it as normal.

Should I apply the serum in the morning or night?

You can apply it both morning and night, however if you are only using it once a day we recommend morning use so that it will protect your skin from free radicals throughout the day.
