SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my order arrive? 

Australia

Domestic orders are delivered via Australia Post standard within 3-5 business days (once the parcel has left the warehouse) in all Australian metropolitan areas. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days transit for regional areas.

International

All international orders are delivered via DHL Standard within 10-14 business days worldwide (once it has left the warehouse). All parcels are shipped with DHL postal service, however when the parcel arrives into its  destination country, it is handed over to your local postal provider for delivery. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days customs clearance to some countries.

During our peak sales and promotional activity periods, some orders may take a little longer than expected to be picked, packed and shipped. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email within 10-business days of your order being placed, please reach out to our customer care team at info@mcobeauty.com.au.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

All parcels require signature upon delivery. However, we do offer an option at the checkout to allow for your parcel to be left unattended. 

I missed my delivery, what happens next? 

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact our customer service team at info@mcobeauty.com.au for further assistance. 

My tracking has been updated to ‘delivered’  but I cannot locate my parcel. What should I do next?

If you cannot locate your parcel, we recommend checking the following locations:

  • In the letterbox. 
  •  Around the front of the home (behind pot plants, fences, in garden beds and under door mats). 
  • Any building lobbies or reception desks. 

We also suggest checking with all members of the household, building managers and neighbours in case they have the parcel for safekeeping. 

If there is still no sign of the parcel, please contact our customer service team at info@mcobeauty.com.au so we can investigate further with the courier.

Why is my tracking link inactive?

All orders once printed to be picked and packed will be sent a tracking link and this link will activate once the parcel has been scanned by the courier (this can take 24-48 hours). 

My tracking has been updated to ’delayed’, when will I receive my parcel?

Shipping timeframes are a guideline and are subject to change. The courier will do all they can to have the parcel delivered on time, however, external factors such as flight delays and unforeseen weather events may affect these estimates.

 

ORDER ASSISTANCE

I did not receive my order or shipping confirmation. What should I do?

The email may be marked as spam so please check your spam and junk folder.

Can I update my shipping address? 

Once you have placed your order, you will have 20 minutes to make any changes before the order is finalised at which point no further changes can be made. 

If you miss the deadline, you can reach out to the courier directly to request a redirection once you have received your tracking link.

Can I add another product or change my order?

When can I get products that are out of stock?

We try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. Customers can sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking ‘Notify Me When Available’. 

How do I qualify for free shipping? 

For Australian and New Zealand residents, free shipping is available when spend is over $75.00. However, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and is invalid during times of promotion.

 

BILLING

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards or debit cards and PAYPAL. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques or money orders.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

 

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Why can’t I find the full range of products at my local MCoBeauty stockist? 

We encourage our retail partners to stock the full shade range of MCoBeauty products, but unfortunately this is not always possible. You can shop the full range online at MCoBeauty.com and during some promotional periods we will price match foundations, concealers and BB creams so that our MCoBeauties can find their perfect shade. Are MCoBeauty products tested on animals?

Absolutely not! MCoBeauty is proudly cruelty-free. We are PETA-certified and part of PETA's Beauty Without Bunnies certification. You can find out more on PETA's website here.

Are MCoBeauty products vegan?

Yes! We are vegan-certified.
