There may be a delay in dispatching orders during Promotional Periods.
When will my order arrive?
During our peak sales and promotional activity periods, some orders may take a little longer than expected to be picked, packed and shipped. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email within 10-business days of your order being placed, please reach out to our customer care team at info@mcobeauty.com.au.
Can I update my shipping address?
Once you have placed your order, you will have 20 minutes to make any changes before the order is finalised at which point no further changes can be made.
If you miss the deadline, you can reach out to the courier directly to request a redirection once you have received your tracking link.
Can I add another product to my order?

Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. This is because once you’ve placed your order, it joins a queue for immediate processing and dispatch from our warehouse therefore it may not be possible to prevent your order from being dispatched.
Will items be restocked during the sale?
We try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. Customers can sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking ‘Notify Me When Available'. Please note, we cannot guarantee a restock during promotional periods.
Can I use another discount during the sale?
No. You cannot use any other offer or promotional code (including any other gift with purchase offers) during a sale.
Why is my tracking link inactive?
All orders once printed to be picked and packed will be sent a tracking link and this link will activate once the parcel has been scanned by the courier (this can take 24-48 hours).
