During our peak sales and promotional activity periods, some orders may take a little longer than expected to be picked, packed and shipped. Will items be restocked during the sale?

We try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. Customers can sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking ‘Notify Me When Available'. Please note, we cannot guarantee a restock during promotional periods.

Why is my tracking link inactive?

All orders once printed to be picked and packed will be sent a tracking link and this link will activate once the parcel has been scanned by the courier (this can take 24-48 hours).
