Where does MCoBeauty Ship?

MCoBeauty currently ships to Australia and Worldwide (Excluding Yemen, Syria, Iran, United Arab Emirates, Israel and North Korea)

Please be aware DHL will only deliver to PO Boxes in Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic (Australia wide)

Free Shipping - Orders over $75.00 AUD
Standard Shipping - $10.00 AUD within Australia.

Free Shipping is available when spend is above $75. However, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and is invalid during times of promotion. 

International (Worldwide)

Flat delivery rate of $15.00 AUD Worldwide.
Free Shipping is only applicable for NZ and AU orders.

Please note:
- Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country/or the country you’re shipping to. MCoBeauty recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.

- Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

- Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

- The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

- We will not refund any purchases that have not been accepted at Customs. By accepting these terms you agree to the above.


Canada

Orders are charged a flat delivery rate of $15.00 CAD.

 

United Kingdom

Orders are charged a flat delivery rate of £15.00.

 

Europe

Orders are charged a flat delivery rate of €15.

 

New Zealand

Orders are charged a flat delivery rate of $15.00 NZD

 

All other countries

Orders are charged a flat delivery rate of $15.00 USD.

 

 

How long does shipping take?

 

Domestic (Australia wide)

MCoBeauty domestic orders are delivered via Australia Post standard within 3-5 business days all Australian metropolitan areas. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days transit for regional areas.  To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt. If you don’t expect to be home during normal business hours, please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

During our peak sales and promotional activity periods some orders may take a little longer than expected to be picked, packed and shipped to you (Up to 10 Business days).  If you have any concerns over the shipping timeline please contact our customer care team.

 

International (Worldwide)

All MCoBeauty Orders are delivered via DHL Standard within 10-14 business days worldwide. Your parcel is shipped with DHL postal service, however when your parcel arrives into your country it is handed over to your local postal provider for delivery. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days customs clearance to some countries.

 


Please be aware DHL will only deliver to PO Boxes in Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Please note, these times are estimated delivery times only and both domestic and international orders can be subject to delays due to weather, customs clearances or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

If selected option at checkout, International Express is delivered via DHL EXPRESS within 4-7 business days worldwide. Please allow for an additional 1-2 days customs clearance to some countries.

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Likewise customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order.

 

 

When will my order ship?

 

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing at MCoBeauty HQ takes 1-3 business days. Then Australia Post or DHL will take it from there. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Where is my order?

 

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from mcobeauty.com which will include your Australia Post or DHL tracking number.

 

You can track the progress of your order through to shipment by visiting Australia Post (Australian orders) or DHL (International orders) and entering your tracking number.

 

If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please reach out to the MCoBeauty customer service team at info@mcobeauty.com.au or call us on +612 8354 6700 (Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm AEST) and we will assist you with your enquiry.

I’m having problems with my tracking.

 

In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days register your shipment status on their website. Please be patient! However, if your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to the MCoBeauty customer service team at info@mcobeauty.com.au

Discount and coupon codes do not apply to shipping costs

 

We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by MCoBeauty.

MCoBeauty will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed or lost shipment.

 

Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process.

Returns & Refunds

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, so please select your products carefully. 

 

If you have purchased our makeup or hair accessories, we do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind or experienced a reaction. 

 

If you have purchased items(s) from our skincare range, we do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind, however we offer a 30 day return (from the day of purchasing) if the product is faulty. 

 

Please note, we are only able to offer refunds for purchases made at MCoBeauty.com. If you purchased product(s) from one of our retail partners, such as Woolworths or Big W, the refund must be processed directly by the retailer. 

 

There will be no store credit given on order price difference or due to price drops. Please select your purchase carefully when you place your order.

 

Returned goods must be in their original condition and include all the original packaging.

 

Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. This return for refund policy is not applicable for change of mind, incorrect selection of colour and lack of expertise for use of the product.

 

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to MCoBeauty within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. This can only be done by email. Please contact our customer service team at info@mcobeauty.com.au.

 

If the items received are not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the items as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

 

Please note MCoBeauty does not price match any other businesses that supply our products (including any online marketplaces, retailers or retail suppliers) with the exception of the full shade range of foundation, concealers and BB creams during some promotional periods. Customers can contact info@mcobeauty.com to find out more information on price match redemption. 

 

MCoBeauty owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
