Where does MCoBeauty Ship?

MCoBeauty currently ships to Australia and Worldwide (Excluding Yemen, Syria, Iran, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Saudi Arabia and North Korea)
Please be aware DHL will only deliver to PO Boxes in Oman and Qatar.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic (Australia wide)
Free Shipping - Orders over $75.00 AUD
Standard Shipping - $10.00 AUD within Australia.
Free Shipping is available when spend is above $75. However, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and is invalid during times of promotion.

International (Worldwide)
Flat delivery rate of $15.00 AUD Worldwide.
Free Shipping is only applicable for NZ and AU orders.

Please note:

  • Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country/or the country you’re shipping to. MCoBeauty recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.
  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
  • Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
  • The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
  • We will not refund any purchases that have not been accepted at Customs. By accepting these terms you agree to the above.

Canada
Orders are charged a flat delivery rate of $15.00 CAD.

United Kingdom
Orders are charged a flat delivery rate of £15.00.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, so please select your products carefully.

If you have purchased our makeup or hair accessories, we do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind or experienced a reaction.

If you have purchased items(s) from our skincare range, we do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind, however we offer a 30 day return (from the day of purchasing) if the product is faulty.

Please note, we are only able to offer refunds for purchases made at MCoBeauty.com. If you purchased product(s) from one of our retail partners, such as Woolworths or Big W, the refund must be processed directly by the retailer.

There will be no store credit given on order price difference or due to price drops. Please select your purchase carefully when you place your order.

Returned goods must be in their original condition and include all the original packaging.

Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. This return for refund policy is not applicable for change of mind, incorrect selection of colour and lack of expertise for use of the product.

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to MCoBeauty within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. This can only be done by email. Please contact our customer service team at info@mcobeauty.com.au.

If the items received are not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the items as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

Please note MCoBeauty does not price match any other businesses that supply our products (including any online marketplaces, retailers or retail suppliers) with the exception of the full shade range of foundation, concealers and BB creams during some promotional periods. MCoBeauty owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
