How do I pick a nail size for me, there are so many sizes?

Select the correct size for each finger by looking at the number on the underside of the nail. If your nails are between sizes, choose the slightly larger option and file down the edges for your perfect fit.

What glue should I use?

The press on glue tabs are ideal for short-term use. For a longer lasting set, use the Strong Hold Nail Glue.
